Recently my husband and I were travelling through Italy in our car and I must say we found the driving very difficult. All of the motorways seemed to have roadworks in progress and I found it very nerve racking to drive in such circumstances. Half way through our journey we decided to park up and swap drivers. However, the
Parking Signs were so small that often we had driven past the parking space before we realised there were any
Parking Signs at all. It took a really long time before we found some
Parking Signs that gave enough notice to be able to find the space to stop and change seats. However, once we had done that the journey became much more enjoyable. Instead of being totally stressed out about all of the traffic around me, I felt much more comfortable and managed to take some time to check out the countryside around me. It filled me with hope and anticipation about our holiday. Just looking at the stunning scenery and the beautiful landscape made me realise that we were in for a spectacular time. I was really grateful to my husband for agreeing to drive and allowing me to take in the surroundings and he said he was happy to do so and was really looking forward to our time in Italy as well.
