When I look around my
Kitchen London at home I find plenty of faults that disgruntle me. Don`t get me wrong, my kitchen is very nice with its contemporary white units, wood flooring, wok-ringed hob and brushed steel appliances but I still find fault with it. You see the previous owners installed the kitchen and their attention to detail has, how can I put it, slipped in certain areas. Tiles haven`t been cut properly and the kickboards insist on moving as soon as I switch the kitchen lights on. These are minor irritations however, as whenever we get visitors to the house; they always comment on what a nice
Kitchen London we have, and that makes me proud. Home design is big business in the U.K these days as the nation is engulfed with numerous designer magazines and lifestyle shows on the television. We are becoming increasingly design conscious with every room of our humble abode demanding our attention and craving that specialist touch. This is none more so apparent than in the kitchen where the latest designer trends are introduced and implemented. As already mentioned, I am the proud owner of a wok ring. If you`d asked my father what a wok ring was 20 years ago; he`d have probably thought it was a fashion accessory. In the multi-cultural society that exists today we are constantly changing with the times. Lifestyles and habits are forever adapting and I`m glad I know what a wok ring is. The next time I`m in my kitchen, I think I`ll ignore the faults.
